个人简介：肖莉晶，女，中共党员，农学硕士，毕业于贵州大学农学院，现任beat365唯一官网文化旅游与区域发展学院专职教师。
主要研究方向：作物遗传育种。学术成果方面，《Lipid and sugar metabolism play an essential role in pollen development and male sterility: a case analysis in Brassica napus 》第一作者，于2024年6月在《Physiologia Plantarum》（中科院二区）见刊；《Exploration of the molecular mechanism behind a novel natural genic male-sterile mutation of 1205A in Brassica napus》第一作者，于2025年2月在《BMC Plant Biology》（中科院二区）见刊。
授课课程：作物育种学、作物栽培学、遗传学。
